Heathen Talk!

You  know what? I’m considering getting an Xbox… Yea I know, I talk of blasphemy but I may as well. Their not that cheap, they don’t break as much anymore and no-one can deny that the online is worth it every time! Also, it’ll be fun to play some online games with a mate of mine.

In other less hypocritical news, I finished Battlefield Bad Company last night! Cracking game. I really enjoyed it, even though I got it in September (The shame!)

Also, I got Crash Commando and the Metal Gear Solid pack for LittleBigPlanet. I’ve yet to play the latter, but the former is well good. Personally, I just can’t wait for the next Penny Arcade episode to come out. I loved that. It was brilliant. I may even go as far to say one of the best games I’ve played in a while :P

Oh, and the reason I haven't been blogging is that over the last few days I’ve been involved in SOCIAL activities! Real social activities!

I know, I’m surprised too..

Timesplitters

I have a sudden urge to play this… and I don’t know why. I know that it’ll be terrible, especially compared to the awesomeness that was Future Perfect but… I dunno. I just wanna try it.

Battlefield Bad Company

I love this game online. It's fantastic. I've just started playing it again, and I love it. It's one of those games where you can just sit for a few hours and play. Brilliant stuff!

It's probably just the scale of it. Like most Battlefield games, it's all about tanks, helicopters and a large number of soldier's, and because this is Bad Company, a LOT of explosions.

All Work And No Play Makes Meevil A Crazy Psycho Nugget

I haven't sat down to play a game properly since Sunday. That probably doesn't sound strange, but for me it’s heresy. I’ve had too much work you see, and just haven't had the time to play!

But, starting from tomorrow night, I’m gonna finish the whole of the Red Alert 3 campaign with a lad of the forum.

I can’t wait! :D

Killzone 2

Over the past few days I've been swamped by work from college, so it's been damn near impossible for me to update this thing... :(

So, today I've made sure I have 5 minutes to blog!

I tried the Killzone 2 Demo on Saturday, and to be brief I didn't like it it all. It was awkward to control, and clunky in gameplay. However, if reviews are anything to go by, this looks like a must have so no doubt my opinion will change soon enough (as it always does).

This Little Duck Hates Left 4 Dead

Hey, Terrance here. I’m back.

I would have posted before today, but a week after I last posted I had a bit of an accident. You see, I hate everything, but one thing I do love is bread. I adore the stuff. It’s like duck sex to me. So I was in the park, diving for some bread, when some little shit threw a donut at me. In my frenzied bread rage, I consumed the whole thing in under a second and thusly sunk to the bottom of the pond in a fashion that very much resembled a scene from the Godfather. Anyway, I saved by a passing homeless guy who thought I was a magic pond elf but the moral of this story is I couldn't be bothered… Anyway.

I used to quite enjoy Valves zombie shooter Left 4 Dead. In fact, you could say I actually used to… well. Like it. Anyway, I got bored of the thing fairly quickly due to the lack of campaigns and the god-awful server browser, but I still had a soft spot for the old decaying girl. So you can imagine my excitement when Barry the swan tells me that it’s going to receive free Downloadable content which will consist of two new versus campaigns and an all new “Survival mode”. Well I almost snapped both my wings off as I skidded across the ice to my laptop (It’s cold here in Dorset… I hate snow).

Browsing the internet, my excitement was crushed with the cold hard facts. These two “new” versus campaigns are just Death Toll and Dead Air (which should have been included on the games initial release in my opinion) and this survival mode may just be the same as the main game, just with no medipacks of pills.

Well I can tell you, I'm severely pissed off. Valve are normally fantastic for updates (look at Team Fortress 2) but this is just stupid.

Terrance out.
